Below are our honest starting prices for every service we offer in the Des Moines metro. They are starting points, not flat rates, because a one bedroom apartment and a five bedroom house are not the same job. What you will never get from us is a surprise.

Apartment & Condo Cleaning
From $120
Sized and priced for smaller spaces. You will not pay a whole-house rate for a one bedroom.
Recurring Cleaning
From $150
Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Our most economical option, and the one most clients choose.
Deep Cleaning
From $300
A top to bottom reset. Baseboards, grout, inside appliances, and the detail work a standard clean skips.
Move Out Cleaning
From $350
Our most involved service. It has to satisfy a landlord or a buyer’s inspection, not just look clean.
How do you decide what to charge?
Every home is unique, so we do not believe in one size fits all pricing. We build every quote around six things:
- The size of the home
- The number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- The current condition of the home
- How often we clean
- Whether you have pets
- Any special requests or add-on services
Before we begin, you receive a personalized estimate with a guaranteed maximum price. You will know exactly what you are paying before anyone picks up a mop. We have a consistent process for this. We are not inventing a number after you call.
Why do two similar homes cost different amounts?
Two homes with the same square footage can need very different amounts of work depending on their condition, their layout, and how often they have been professionally cleaned. A home we clean every two weeks takes less time than one that has not had a professional clean in a year, even if they are identical on paper.
Our goal is an accurate quote, not a low one that grows once we are inside.
Why is recurring cleaning cheaper?
Homes cleaned every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks need less time to maintain than homes that have not been cleaned in months. There is simply less to catch up on, and that saving is passed to you. It is why recurring service is typically our most economical option and why most of our clients choose it.
