Stephanie Dacey isn't just a business owner. She's a lifelong Iowan and a proven leader who built a career on one belief, on the court and in your home alike: excellence is a habit.
A foundation of hard work
A native Iowan, Stephanie grew up on a farm in Southeast Iowa, where she learned the small-town values, discipline, patience, and doing right by people, that would shape everything that came after. Those lessons paid off first on the basketball court, and later in every business she has led.
At Washington High School, Stephanie led her team to three straight Class 3A state championships. She was named Tournament MVP all four seasons, including the year Washington finished runner-up when she was a freshman. By graduation she held the all-time state-tournament record in every major statistical category. Her high school career was capped by being named Miss Iowa Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year in 2001, and in 2007 she was inducted into the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union Basketball Hall of Fame.

The discipline of a career built on results
Stephanie carried that same drive to the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where she was twice named Team MVP and finished her career just shy of 1,000 points. From playing she moved into coaching, first at Furman University in South Carolina, then for five seasons at Saint Louis University, where she met her husband, Tony.
When her time at SLU ended, Stephanie moved into real estate sales. Even in a city she wasn't from, she quickly became a top producer, because she did the one thing that always works: she put her clients' interests ahead of her own and committed herself to real results on their behalf. Clean, well-presented homes were central to that success, and it planted the seed for what she does today.
Home to Iowa, and a new team to lead
In 2022, Stephanie and Tony moved to Williamsburg, Iowa, to coach the girls' basketball team and raise their young son in the quieter life Iowa offers. She was quickly back in the spotlight: in 2025 she led Williamsburg to its first-ever state tournament win and earned Regional and District Coach of the Year honors.
Stephanie began leading Diamond House Cleaning in 2024, when she and Tony purchased the long-established company. The move was a natural one. She approaches the business exactly the way she approached every team she's led: put the right processes in place, hold to a high standard, and let the results follow. From day one that has meant putting quality and the client's needs first, every home, every visit.
